Working With a Bad Boss?

Posted on December 11, 2022

It’s tough to work for a bad boss. It’s a very unique relationship, and it can’t be treated as if you are dealing with a co-worker. In a typical work relationship (with a team member for example, or another department staffer) you both have a responsibility to ensure the relationship is working out. But with your boss, the only one who must be flexible is YOU. You’re the one who must adapt and do what is necessary to deal with the boss.

In this week’s Podcast, Dave talks about how to manage with the bad boss. There are a few suggestions given as to how to improve the communication flow, and a few important considerations before you start jumping into the job market.
